These terms apply to your use of toddblock.com and to all fees paid to Toddler's Block. Toddler's Block is operated by Toddlers Block, a firm, with its address at 124, Opp. Shiv Farm Party Plot, Saiyed Vasna, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Toddlers Block; "you" means the parent or guardian using this website or paying fees.
1. Our services
We provide preschool (Little Sprouts parent–toddler, Playgroup, Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG) and enrichment activities, including Aqua Cubs swimming, music, sports, chess, language and phonics programmes at our campus in Vasna, Vadodara. Details of programmes, timings and age groups are on this website and in the admission documents given to each family.
2. Admissions
An admission is confirmed only when the admission form and required documents are submitted and the first payment is received. Admission is subject to seat availability, age criteria and our admission policy, which is shared with every family before admission.
3. Fees and payments
Fees include registration, admission and programme (tuition) fees, optional snack/meal plans, and enrichment activity fees. The fee structure for each academic year (April to March) is shared in writing before admission. Fees can be paid annually or in instalments on the due dates stated in the fee schedule.
Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). A receipt is issued for every payment received.
Late payment may attract a late fee as stated in the fee schedule. We may pause services for accounts that remain unpaid after reminders.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Conduct and safety
Parents and children are expected to follow campus rules on safety, health, conduct, pick-up and drop-off. We may suspend or end a child's enrolment where continued attendance would put the safety or wellbeing of others at risk, after discussion with the family.
6. Website use
Content on this website, including text, photos, video and logos, belongs to Toddlers Block and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep information accurate but may update programmes, timings and fees from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from payment-gateway or bank delays outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
